1. Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta
This one is a limited-edition hybrid hypercar that came straight from the powertrains used at the 24h Lemans. The British driver’s most expensive car was the La Ferrari Aperta, which cost around $5 million. Only 210 units were produced and Hamilton is one of the owners. This car has a 6.3-litre V12 hybrid engine with a powerful electric motor.
2.1966 Shelby Cobra 427
This car is original and only 29 units were produced in the world. This classic American muscle car was one of the most iconic and expensive cars in Hamilton’s entire car collection. It has a 7.0-litre Ford V8 engine driven and tuned by legendary driver Ken Miles. This was one of the classic and fastest cars from the 1960s, which cost around $5 million.
3. Pagani Zonda 760 LH
Hamilton has a big craze for Italian cars and one of them was this purple-coloured monster, the Pagani Zonda 760 LH. He bought this car in 2012 with a manual transmission. It cost around $3 million and even Hamilton felt this car was terrible to drive, with the worst handling on normal roads. But he loves the car's sound from the 7.3-litre Naturally Aspirated V12 engine. He had a little crash in 2015 and sold it for $11.3 million. It again met with an accident in 2023.
4. Mercedes AMG Project One
After Hamilton signed for Mercedes, the first thing they did was develop a supercar with the help of Lewis Hamilton. This car was derived straight from the Formula 1 engine of the Mercedes AMG F1 car that cost $2.7 million. It was launched by Hamilton and Mercedes, then CEO Dieter Zetsche. This car has the same 1.6-litre V6 hybrid engine with more than 1000 HP power.
5. McLaren P1
Lewis Hamilton’s first-ever Formula 1 team, McLaren, gave him a $1.5 million McLaren P1. This hybrid hypercar has a twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric powertrain. Only 375 units were produced worldwide and Hamilton has one of them.
