German stars Mick Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel are set to form a formidable partnership once again as they team up for the 2025 Race of Champions (ROC) in Sydney. The German racing duo will represent their country in the Nations Cup, marking their fourth time competing together in this prestigious event. The race, scheduled for March 2025, will take place in the former Olympic Stadium in Sydney, bringing an exciting motorsport spectacle to Australia.

The Race of Champions, a highly anticipated annual event, serves as a thrilling prelude to the motorsport season. It pits the world's best drivers from various racing disciplines against each other in identical cars, making the competition purely about skill. For Sebastian Vettel and Schumacher, this event is not just about racing but a chance to reignite a partnership that has thrilled fans in the past.

Schumacher, who finished runner-up in the 2023 individual ROC event after losing to Mattias Ekstrom, is eagerly looking forward to the 2025 edition. He expressed his excitement about returning to Australia, saying, "Australia is one of my favourite places, and representing Germany with Sebastian at ROC Sydney will be big fun."

Schumacher, currently being considered for a seat at Sauber in Formula 1, is aiming for redemption after falling just short of victory in Sweden last year. His goal is clear: "The goal this time has to be the overall winner’s trophy both in the ROC Nations Cup and the individual Race Of Champions."

Schedule for ROC 2025!

Vettel, a four-time Formula 1 World Champion, has a deep history with the Race of Champions, having won the Nations Cup with Mick’s father, the legendary Michael Schumacher, six times. In 2025, Vettel will once again attempt to bring home the ROC Nations Cup title alongside Mick but made it clear that he won't be giving any favours when it comes to the individual competition.

The 2025 Race of Champions will see Vettel and Schumacher competing for the Nations Cup title on Friday night before battling for individual glory on Saturday. With two of Germany’s most prominent drivers teaming up, the 2025 ROC in Sydney is shaping up to be a must-watch event for motorsport fans across the globe. Both drivers are not only racing for victory but also to honour the legacy of the Schumacher family.
