Formula 1 legend and four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel could soon return to F1. But he won't return as a driver but as a team principal and ideal successor to Helmut Marko. The Austrian man is the chief advisor of Red Bull Racing, and he is planning to retire from the sport.

Sebastian Vettel back to Red Bull?
So, after him, there should be someone who needs to take care of Red Bull Racing, and Marko has openly said Sebastian Vettel is the only one who can handle the position. The German driver is not only a great driver but also a great analyst and strategist. Many times during his racing career, his strategy for using tyres and pit stops was always perfect. Even during his final few years at Aston Martin, Vettel guided the team to select the right strategy.
Handling a top team like Red Bull requires some experience and calmness. The 81-year-old former driver said, “I think he would be the ideal successor candidate. It is clear that at some point, you can no longer do it, not least because of your age. Because those travel efforts are no small thing.”
He added, “Of course, it would be great if a guy like Sebastian could take over. You have the side of the junior programme; he's already working with girls here in the go-karts in Saudi Arabia. On the other side, of course, there's the great strategic leadership of his Formula 1 team."
Sebastian Vettel has earned a name for supporting women's rights and played a key role in bringing female F1 drivers via the F1 academy. He also fights for social justice across the globe and refuses to use fossil fuels.
So, coming back to Red Bull will tear his public image. Red Bull’s public image is now at an all-time low after they fired Sergio Perez and demoted Liam Lawson from their team. The ship is running only because of Max Verstappen, and once he leaves, they need a nice public image, and Sebastian Vettel will be the perfect man to be the face of Red Bull Racing.
