Lando Norris's Birthday Shockers: Two surprises he never saw coming

Lando Norris was celebrating his birthday with a special celebrity. He also got his birthday wish from a world champion which was a complete surprise.

Lando Norris is enjoying one of the best-ever seasons in Formula 1 as he is competing for the title win against Max Verstappen. The first half of the season was a complete domination by Red Bull but the second half turned into a surprise with McLaren becoming the fastest team on the grid.

McLaren’s man to lead was Lando Norris who was very exceptional in driving and winning races for the team against the Austrian team. But the last Brazilian race was a disaster for him as he missed out on the podium finish due to a strategic error from the McLaren team. 

The rain-hit circuit was often disturbed by crashes and one crash changed the course of the entire race. Franco Coalpinto crashed on the main straights during the race. Until then George Russell and Lando Norris were leading the race. 

Both were anticipating a Red Flag but were called by their teams a lap before for a tyre change which cost them their lead to Ocon and verstappen. But after that Franco crashed and a red Flag was shown and every driver got a free tyre change. After the restart, Max verstappen was untouchable as he showed complete brilliance on the wet track and won the race. He eventually extended his gap with Lando Norris by 62 points. Max verstappen can win this year's title in the Las Vegas Grand Prix race if he finishes ahead of Lando Norris. 

But all these didn't stop Lando Norris from celebrating his birthday. And this year for his 25th birthday he got two special surprises. One was from Football legend David Beckham's son and another was from his title rival Max verstappen.

Celebration with Beckham's son

Lando Norris celebrated his 25th birthday with Football legend and fellow Englishman David Bechams son Romeo Beckham and this was posted on Instagram. Lando Norris is a big fan of the legend. Lando celebrating his 25th birthday with Beckham's son was very special. They are very close friends and are often spotted together many times.

Wish from the world champion.

The biggest surprise for him was the birthday wish from his title rival Max verstappen. The reigning world champion was streaming his gaming session with his friends and during that time he was asked about wishing Lando Norris for his birthday.

The champion without any hesitation said ‘Of course I wished Lando a happy birthday. First thing in the morning’. This shows their on-field heat moments doesnt affect their friendship off the track. Max verstappen and Lando were both very close friends until this year as the title fight pushed some boundaries. Let's hope their friendship stays the same throughout their career.
