MotoGP legend and 6-time world champion Marc Marquez is now 32 years old. He celebrates his birthday today before his official Ducati debut this month in Thailand. After spending one year at the Gresini Racing team as an independent Ducati rider, Marquez will now ride a factory bike with utmost power and skill.
The Number 93 rider will ride a factory Ducati GP 25 bike for the first time at the Buriram International Circuit in Thailand. The legend is an 8-time world champion in the premier class and 6-time MotoGP world champion. In just 32 years he has become a world icon like his biggest rival Valentino Rossi. The Spaniard is the youngest ever to hold every big record in MotoGP. In the 2013 season, he became the youngest-ever MotoGP world champion at 20 years and 266 days. It was just his rookie season in MotoGP. He is also the youngest to achieve a triple crown with the Repsol Honda racing team winning the riders, teams and constructors championship in the 2013 season. Marc Marquez was also the youngest rider to have 6 world titles which he achieved in the 2019 season.

Marquez won in COTA (USA), (Sach Senring) Germany, Laguna Seca (USA), Indianapolis (USA), Brno (Czech) and Aragon Grand Prix.

He is also the first rookie driver since the 1978 season to win a MotoGP title in his debut year. The Spanish rider came out of nowhere and won the championship by beating the two Yamaha riders, Rossi and Lorenzo.

In all of Honda’s history in MotoGP, Marc Marquez is the best-ever rider. He even overtook 5-time champion Mick Doohan interms of title and race wins. In the 2014 season, he won 13 races which is the most for any Honda rider in a single season. Marquez also scored the most points in a single season in 2019 by scoring 420 points.
