Marc Marquez has won the sprint race at theAragon Grand Prixin Spain. The Spaniard started in pole position but lost the position to his brother Alex at the start of the race. He later fought against KTM rider Pedro Acosta and Franco Morbidelli and gained second place. After a brave effort, Marc won the race while the Gresini Racing team riders Alex Marquez and Fermin Aldeguer finished on the podium.
Marc Marquez had a bad start and was pushed back to fourth position, but in the first corner, he regained track position and climbed to second. Alex, as usual, had a great start and was leading the race against his brother. With this win, Marc has now won his seventh Sprint race of this year and will continue in tomorrow's main race. On the other hand, Fabio Quartararo lost position and was pushed back to P11 by the Ducatis. Ducati rider Francesco Bagnaia also lost his position after a small error in the corner.
Marco Bezzecchi gained multiple places in the sprint, like his fellow Italian Fabio Di Giannantonio of the VR46 team. The Japanese Automakers Yamaha and Honda failed in the sprint, as only Fabio Quartararo finished inside the points. Tomorrow will be the main race, and Marc will be looking to leave Spain as the 2025MotoGP riders' championship leader.
