Shawn Michaels won the first-ever Men's Chamber match, which has evolved since then. However, it acts as a key PLE where the winner either wins a major title or gets a shot at the same at WrestleMania.

It is a unique match with a chamber structure filled with four pods. The giant steel structure surrounds 6 wrestlers who fight against each other in the ring. Two wrestlers start the match and a wrestler will be released from their pods every 5 minutes. The only way to win the chamber is to survive as the last wrestler in the structure. Wrestlers get eliminated either by pinfall or by submission.
