Paul Heyman said without hesitation that he was prepared to live the rest of his life as a "Paul Levesque guy." That came up before WrestleMania 40, during his induction into the Hall of Fame. Heyman is a longtime professional in the wrestling industry, having extensive knowledge of the field. He has the same financial savvy as former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon in the wrestling industry.
Despite being considerably younger than him in this industry, he has the utmost regard for WWE COO Paul "Triple H" Levesque. Paul Heyman has known Hunter since 1997, but it wasn't until they met that he developed a strong affection for Triple H. During Fanatics Fest in New York City, Heyman talked about his 1997 encounter with Triple H in an interview with Sam Roberts.
"Paul Levesque is someone I've always respected. When we had ECW involvement at Monday Night RAW and I visited him backstage, I don't remember exactly what we spoke about. Still, it was about Killer Kowalski and how he was trained, as well as his admiration for the history of the industry," Fightful said as per Pink Villa. He praised his current working relationship with Hunter, saying that working with him is an amazing honor.
According to Pink Villa Paul Heyman stated, "Even then, in 1997, I was thinking, wow, this man has his finger on the pulse of the future. Working with Paul Levesque now is a true privilege because he is a partner." He stated that Triple H enjoys collaborating, hearing new ideas, and implementing them.
Since Vince McMahon's departure, Heyman and Triple H have developed a strong working relationship and produced some incredible storylines. One of them is the Bloodline tale. One of the finest WWE stories has been built by Heyman and Triple H. The WWE Universe hasn't even seen half of it, in Heyman's opinion, and the best is still to come.
Paul Heyman will be back in WWE soon
Heyman also commented on his WWE return, stating that he will only return when it is important and that he does not want to "hang off the glory" of Roman Reigns. The Wiseman was last seen in WWE on the June 28 broadcast of Friday Night SmackDown, where he was attacked by Solo Sikoa and the Bloodline members. He was pushed through the announcer's table and has since been dropped from television. All eyes are on Paul Heyman's return to WWE.
