Will Penta make his WWE debut against Chad Gable on RAW Netflix?

Someone from the WWE's competition was just signed. For the past few weeks, WWE has been showing teasers with the number zero and a slash across between Monday Night Raw shows. There was no obvious indication as to what or who these teasers might be about, thus they were synonymous. The WWE revealed that these teasers are about their newest signee, Penta, as of Monday Night Raw's Netflix debut.

Outside of WWE, Penta is already very well-liked and the company might need his distinctive style as their next big lucha star. According to reports, WWE Superstar, is the whole package, hence Penta has a high ceiling with the company. In the upcoming Monday Night Raw program, Penta is anticipated to make his official WWE in-ring debut against Chad Gable, whom General Manager Adam Pearce had promised to match up with a luchador. 

The addition of Penta to the roster could help WWE's luchador population, which has been lacking for many years. Sin Cara and Lucha House Party were the first attempts by WWE to replicate Rey Mysterio's success, although neither effort had any noteworthy outcomes.

The latest teaser featuring Penta's name and logo confirms that this is about the former World Champion, whose name has been floating around in rumors and speculation for weeks about who these teasers could be about. Penta is best known for his work in All Elite Wrestling, a wrestling organization aimed at older audiences that is frequently framed as WWE's direct competition. Penta's controversial and public departure from AEW has given WWE its newest commodity.

Penta, whose true name is still unknown, is a wrestler who goes by several aliases, including Pentagon Dark, Penta El Zero M, Penta El Zero Miedo, and Penta Oscuro. In 2004, he began wrestling as Pentagon Jr. Because both of the Lucha Brothers' contracts at AEW were due to expire, rumors started to circulate in the summer of 2024 that they were headed to the WWE. The contracts for both men were supposed to expire in late November or early December of 2024, and Penta's contract did just that.
