What could Chad Gable get after jobbing against Wyatt Sicks and Uncle Howdy?

Chad Gable has been jobbing a lot in his reign in the last few months. Since WrestleMania XL, Gable has lost more matches than winning them. Be it against Sami Zayn or now in the feud against Wyatt Sicks, Gable has not won a lot. Unless the creative team does not have a plan for Gable, it might prove to be a bad move.

In his solo runs, Chad Gable has been more relevant than ever. While he was good in his days in the Alpha Academy, he could not connect as well with the fans. Hence, Chad was made to turn heel and see how the crowd could react. So far, the reaction has been great as the fans chant "You suck" to Chad every time he walks into the ring.

Chad made the Alpha Academy relevant in the last couple of months after being a toxic mentor. While the faction has not been able to ride on the momentum since then when Chad was being the bad boss he was, Otis and others got a great reaction from the fans. Turning Gable heel was a great decision. But the execution of it has not been great.

Will Chad Gable get his flowers?

To make Gable look strong, there must be enough matches where he claims to win. Against Sami Zayn, he did not win any matches. Even in the feud with Wyatt Sicks, he has been losing as a solo wrestler and in the tag team matches. It might not be the best decision to make him a jobber unless WWE has a plan for him in the future.

And they could have, as Chad signed a multi-year contract with WWE after his past contract came to an end earlier this year in June. There would have been talks about his future reign in the company. There is a chance of him becoming a good mid-card champion in the upcoming months. If they do not have plans for him, his heel turn might not have a major impact.
