For good reason, many people believe that Jacob Fatu will be the next member of the Bloodline in the WWE. He left The OTC Roman Reigns stunned in a heated promo during SmackDown's opening segment. Sami Zayn brought the original Bloodline back to life in the first part of SmackDown, remembering their time together in 2022. In exchange for Reigns apologizing to Jey Uso, he pledged to assist them in their fight against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. Things were left dangling as Sami left after Reigns declined to do it. Solo Sikoa would then be called out by Reigns.

Jimmy Uso was attacked by the new Bloodline following the contest. Unable to assist, Roman Reigns watched from the ring as they pulled him to the ringside, where Tama headbutted him to the ground. Jey Uso intervened to stop them from triple powerbombing him through the announce table. When Jey Uso confronted Reigns backstage, he furiously asked why he was interested in Zayn. Uso retaliated by claiming that Reigns' one pass was because he warned him not to speak to him in that manner. Then Jey turned to go.
