WATCH: Iyo Sky wins Battle Royal to become Number one contender for Liv Morgan on WWE Raw

Iyo Sky won the Battle Royal on WWE Raw to become the number one contender for Liv Morgan. The Damage Control star eliminated Lyra Valkyria to claim a win. It was a fine win for Iyo as she managed to beat Lyra who had beaten her in the Queen of the Ring qualifying round match earlier this year.

Before the match could start, there was a segment between the tag team champions and the likes of Dirty Dom, Raquel Rodriguez, and Liv Morgan. It probably led to the tag team champions being cost their spot by the duo of Liv and Raquel later in the match. The two sides were about to go against each other.

Adam Pearce intervened and stopped the brawl, announcing the Battle Royal. The match had members from some of the top factions like Fatal Influence, The Pure Fusion Collective, Damage Control, and so on. There were some other individuals like Kayden Carter, Lyra, and so on. The match turned out to be good.

Despite knowing the results due to it being a pretaped show, the online fans expressed their approval of the match. Jade and Bianca dominated the match for the most part by flexing their power. They aimed to be in the world title scene against Liv, especially because of what happened to them earlier in the night.

Eventually, it came down to the four stars - Bianca, Jade, Lyra, and Iyo. Jade and Bianca aimed to take out Lyra and Iyo so that they could battle it out for a spot. However, Liv and Rodriguez interfered in the match as there was no disqualification. 

The duo eliminated the tag team champions and invited a new beef upon themselves. Lyra and Sky were the last two wrestlers remaining in action. The duo had found themselves outside the corner of the ring. In a dangerous position, Iyo delivered a suplex and eliminated Lyra. She will now be taking on Liv Morgan for the world title.
