Damian Priest exposed Gunther badly on the latest episode of WWE Raw. The former world champion claimed that the Ring General was not the same person he was a month before. Priest sensed doubts in Gunther's mind and felt he was not confident in himself after losing to Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. He later took out Ludwig Kaiser and warned Gunther.
The night started with the Ring General entering the arena on his 100th day as the world champion. He was about to address Priest. That was when the challenger arrived. Damian headed straight to the ring and predicted what Gunther would do. He said the Ring General would regard him as street trash and slander his parents.

However, Damian Priest was not ready to take any of that. He actually took a swipe at Gunther. The star wrestler claimed that Gunther was not the same person he knew when the duo faced each other at Summerslam the last time. He felt Gunther doubted himself after losing to Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel.
Damian Priest makes Gunther doubt himself on WWE Raw
Damian felt the old Gunther would have taken a cheap shot at him by then. However, none of it happened in the arena. As Priest got under Gunther's skin, Ludwig Kaiser entered the arena. He wanted to make sure that Gunther held his own against his challenger.
Kaiser reminded Priest of the result of his match with Gunther the last time they faced each other. Before he was about to go personal with Damian, Gunther stopped him. It seemed like he did not want Ludwig to go personal against Damian. The challenger invited Gunther to take a cheap shot at him.
Instead, it was Ludwig who attempted it. The move failed badly as Damian was ready for all sorts of things. Gunther tried to take a cheap shot at Damian. However, Priest was ready for it and reiterated that Gunther doubted himself. Ludwig and Damian will be taking on each other in a WWE Raw match.
