Tiffany Stratton will continue to be a part of the Queen of the Ring 2024 tournament despite a controversy regarding a video which had evolved earlier. The center of the universe posted a story on Instagram which was deleted later due to the enrage of the fans. The video reportedly had Stratton slapping Jade Cargill with Bianca Belair watching it. In the voiceover, it seemed like someone said "Black bi**h".
The fans regarded it to be racist and criticised Tiffany on social media. The former NXT Champion had to take down the video. Following the development, some reports emerged claiming that the 'Queen of the Ring' match Tiffany against Bianca would be cancelled. However, the latest reports claim that the management has given its full support to the Center of the universe.
While nothing has been spoken about the incident since then, the fans are wondering the intention behind the video. While some regard it to be racist without a doubt, others wish to see some context before concluding. Regardless, it seems like Tiffany indeed landed herself in unnecessary trouble. A positive aspect of the incident is that she has been backed by WWE.
Tiffany Stratton vs Bianca Belair on Smackdown
In the upcoming episode on the Blue Brand, Tiffany will be taking on Belair in the quarterfinal match of the Queen of the Ring tournament 2024. Tiffany got her spot registered for the match after beating Michin in the first-round match. It was not televised due to the lack of screen time. In one of the live shows, Stratton did not break a sweat to enter the second round.
She will be up against the EST of WWE, who claimed a win over Candice LaRae. In the second round, Tiffany and Bianca will face each other. The winner of the match will face one of Jade Cargill or Naomi in the semifinal. The match promises to be good given the in-ring skills of both wrestlers. It could provide more impetus to Tiffany's career which is already blossoming well.
