WATCH: The Undertaker endorses Oba Femi similar to John Cena at NXT RoadBlock

The Undertaker endorsed Oba Femi before his match against Moose at NXT RoadBlock. The American Badass claimed he was impressed by the Ruler and asked him to defend his yard. The duo shared a fist bump before Oba's title defense. The Undertaker endorsed Oba similarly to what he did with John Cena during his early days on Smackdown.

Moose and Femi were scheduled to take on each other in a match for the NXT Championship at RoadBlock. As Oba was preparing himself for the match, the Deadman showed up in front of him. The fans delivered a loud cheer and wanted to hear what he wanted to say. Oba and Taker stared at each other for a few seconds.

The WWE Hall of Famer claimed he had been watching Femi for a while and added he was impressed by the NXT Champion. He felt there was no need for him to tell how important of a match it is for him against Moose. He wanted Oba to face the TNA X-Division Champion and defend his yard.

"Oba, I've been watching you for a while. I gotta tell you, I'm impressed. I don't need to tell you how important this match is tonight. But what I will tell you is to go out there and defend your yard," said The Undertaker. The segment went viral on social media platforms.

Fans remembered a similar segment from the past, from the early days of Smackdown, where Taker had similarly endorsed Cena. A few weeks into the roster, John had given good performances against Kurt Angle and others. The Undertaker confronted him backstage on the blue brand.

John and Taker stared at each other before the latter endorsed the former. As Taker offered a handshake to Cena, the Leader of the Cenation Army was glad and felt proud of himself. Fans felt Oba could go thr distance following the endorsement of the legend. The Ruler successfully defended his title against Moose at NXT RoadBlock.
