WATCH: The Rock warns Roman Reigns by showing up as Tribal Chief in trailer of 'Moana 2'

The Rock sent an indirect warning to Roman Reigns by dropping the trailer of his latest movie 'Moana 2'. After releasing the teaser of the movie a few months ago, Dwayne Johnson came up with the trailer for the animated version of the movie. He will be playing the character of Maui in the movie with his voiceover in the animated version.

The movie features some of the top actors like Auli’i Cravalho apart from Dwayne Johnson himself. It is the sequel to the 2016 movie 'Moana' and is set three years after it. The movie is directed by David G Derrick Jr, Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller. The movie is produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and will be presented by Walt Disney Pictures.

The synopsis of the movie reads, "After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced." Moana 2 is set to release worldwide on the 27th of November later this year. It is around the same period where the Survivor Series 2024 would take place.

Timing of the trailer and its relevance with Roman Reigns

The Rock took to his YouTube account and posted the trailer. It was released a few minutes after Roman Reigns returned to Smackdown. In the movie, the final boss plays a role similar to that of a Tribal Chief. The fans claimed it to be a warning almost like a Kayfabe from the part of the people's champ to the Head of the Table.

The Original Tribal Chied returned to Friday Night Smackdown and wreaked havoc. He took out the trio of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa. He sent a message to reclaim the title of the Head of the Table. For the same title, The Rock is likely to return around the Survivor Series 2024 which could surprise everyone.
