WWE's Roxanne Perez defeated Lyra Valkyria at NXT Stand & Deliver to become the new NXT Women's Champion, but she didn't have much time to celebrate because her next title opponent was announced on tonight's edition of NXT. Perez was scheduled to defend her recently gained NXT Title against Monday Night Raw Superstar Natalya, who had yet to win NXT gold.

Both Roxanne and Natalya were aggressive during the match, hoping to make a statement with the victory, but by the end, Lola Vice had made her mark because Perez's timely interference allowed Natalya to be pinned to maintain her title as the NXT Women's Champion.

Perez ran directly for Natalya, but Natalya didn't waste any time, as the two traded holds and counters for a while before Natalya momentarily floored the Champion. The two then traded slaps to the face, but Natalya won the exchange, knocking Perez down. Perez held out her hand and begged Natalya not to strike, but Natalya saw through the front.

Lola Vice being asked about what happened at the finish

Natalya caught a kick and then stepped on Perez, knocking her out of the ring. Then Natalya dropped Perez down to the floor before maneuvering him around the ring and landing with a slew of powerful chops. Natalya rolled Perez back into the ring for a series of suplexes and a cover, but the Champ kicked out.

Lola Vice then ran out and kicked Natalya without the referee seeing, allowing Roxy to strike Pop Rocks for the pin and the victory.

Vice was being questioned backstage after the bout when Natalya walked in and beat him up for what occurred at the finish. Officials rushed in and separated the two, but it appears like they will settle things in the ring shortly.
