Roman Reigns called Paul Heyman to seek help in the ongoing Bloodline Civil War story. On WWE Smackdown, he dialed the Wiseman's old number and wanted to speak to him. However, the OTC was shocked when he learned the number was out of service. Roman dropped the phone in dismay and was visibly in shock.
Earlier in the night, the Usos and Sami Zayn started to search for the fifth member of the Bloodline. They approached LA Knight only to return in vain. They approached Roman and headed to the ring where Solo and Co. were present. A brawl broke out between the team of Roman Reigns and Solo which saw a big development.

Bronson Reed joined the Bloodline Civil War story and took out the OTC team. In the Main Event, Jey asked Roman to make a call. The fans wondered who Jey was referring to. The OTC put an end to their doubts by dialing Wiseman.
What's Wiseman up to?
Paul did not pick up the call as the number was out of service. Fans started to wonder what it could mean. Many started to throw their theories of Heyman's potential return. Many thought it to be the start of a new journey where he would be the Wiseman of the Final Boss.
Some fans felt Paul might have parted ways with OTC to be The Rock's Wiseman. Some felt he could rejoin Brock Lesnar as his Wiseman. They felt Brock might be involved in the Bloodline Civil War story. Some thought the creative team might be looking for a different look for Heyman given the story.
While some believed Paul had exited from the team of Roman, others believed it was just a way to distract the team of Solo. Fans claimed that Paul might be operating in a new way and might play a key role in getting Seth on board. The upcoming few weeks in the lead-up to the Survivor Series War Games would have the answers to the doubts of the fans.
