Rikishi claims The Rock had 'perfect time' to turn heel against Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa's historic Tribal Combat bout, which was the main event of WWE's first Monday Night Raw program on Netflix, prompted Rikishi to express his opinions without holding back. Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu, Cody Rhodes, Tama Tonga, and Kevin Owens were among the celebrities who made appearances during the intense encounter. Roman Reigns eventually stood tall, establishing his authority as "The Tribal Chief."

The real shock, however, was after the game. The Rock showed up and gave the Ula Fala to Roman himself when it was time for Paul Heyman to do so, embracing Roman in a moment of reverence and respect. Even though the moment enthralled viewers all over the world, Solo's father and Roman's uncle Rikishi had some fascinating ideas about what might have been. 

During his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi said that while he was pleased with his family's accomplishments, he couldn't help but see a twist. "If Rock wanted to turn heel, what a perfect time to do it," Rikishi said. He thought the momentous occasion was the perfect chance to sow the seeds for a future match between Roman Reigns and The Rock. "It was a good way The Rock validating, somewhat like passing the torch over to (Roman)." He went on to mention the Ula Fala's cultural and familial significance.

Additionally, Rikishi acknowledged that he anticipated The Rock would go physical in some form, either with Roman or a heel opponent who was capable of a People's Elbow or a Rock Bottom. He remarked, "But instead, it was all island love," about the segment's emphasis on family.

Although it’s not confirmed yet there will be a chance of The Rock facing Roman Reigns which is a dream of WWE fans. When these two finally clash, the wrestling world will undoubtedly be watching, whether it takes place at WrestleMania or in other big events that happen around the world. However, WWE fans will have to wait to see what will The Rock do so.
