Mark Henry claimed that the SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis, is getting frustrated about the product and is tired of his role on the roster. The former WWE Superstar felt that Aldis' face had to convey that his suggestions weren't valued enough. The World's Strongest Man felt Aldis had to have a bit of control over his show, given his work as the General Manager.

Henry appeared in the latest episode of The Busted Open podcast and inquired about Aldis' expression, as if he was conveying his helplessness. "Nick Aldis looks like he's getting fed up. He has this expression of, 'Am I gonna have to punch you in the face for you to listen to what I'm saying?'" Henry said.

"I don't know if it's just me, but I know that look when I see it. It's a look of frustration. It's a look at the fact that your word is not enough," the World's Strongest Man added.

Henry was sure that Aldis had been tired in his role. He claimed that Nick's expression depicted as if he wanted everyone to know that he was in power, and allowed him to do his job accordingly.

"I'm sure that he's very tired, very tired, of having to go to the powers that be to get information and directives because he's the boss on that show. If I'm the boss, let me be the boss. I don't want to have to call anybody for directives. I don't want to call anyone on what I should do," Henry added in his statement.
