John Cena threw away the sideplates from the world title during the press conference after his match against Cody Rhodes on Night 2 of WrestleMania 41. The Leader of the Cenation Army got rid of everything Cody had with the title before answering the questions from the reporters. The star wrestler claimed to ruin Wrestling from WWE Raw after Mania.

Cena beat Cody to become a record 17th-time world champion. The veteran used all foul tricks in the world and overcame Rhodes to be crowned the new Undisputed WWE Champion. With a bit of help from Travis Scott and an unconscious referee, Cena claimed his win. He went back to the locker room by wearing the title on his waist.

In the press conference, Cena took away everything Cody had with respect to the title. John removed the sideplates which represented the American Nightmare. He threw them away before sitting for the press conference ahead of the reporters. The disrespectful segment went viral on X, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

John Cena promises to ruin Wrestling from Monday Night Raw

As the reporters congratulated Cena for his win and asked his opinion on the record win, the star wrestler felt it to be a clickbait question. He understood that everyone wanted to hear something from him that could be the headline. Cena hence asked fans to tune in to WWE Raw to watch him ruin Wrestlling.

In the process, the world champion confirmed to show up on WWE Raw in the upcoming episode. As per the reports, the Leader of the Cenation Army will show up on both Raw and SmackDown this week. It is to be seen in which brand he would get drafted.

As for Cody, the American Nightmare might need some time off to recover his first loss in over 14 months. He might also need some courage to stand the fact that the fans cheered Cena and booed him during the match despite him being the Babyface and the former being the heel in their story.
