John Cena's message seems to have been timed in direct response to Charlotte's statement that he intended to beat the title record held by Ric Flair.  Fans made the connection right away. The message was made mere hours after Flair and Stratton's off-script promotional exchange during the April 4 SmackDown broadcast, in which the two ladies exchanged intimate photos that went far beyond the plot.

Following Cena's suggestion that fans will forget about her father when he wins his 17th world title at WrestleMania, Charlotte recently reacted. In her scathing comments, Charlotte stated that she wants to surpass the title record regardless of Cena's efforts. Following their on-screen conflict on the March 31 RAW episode, when the title record dispute took centre stage, they received this social media recognition.
