WATCH: Jey Uso teases celebrating his title win with Rhea Ripley in waffle house

Jey Uso teased his potential celebration with Rhea Ripley at a waffle house. The Main Event Jey had a backstage conversation with Jackie Redmond where he hinted at the way he would celebrate his win. As Jackie asked the same, Jey gestured as if she knew how he was gonna commemorate the victory. Since then, the fans have started to claim that the waffle house would be lit later in the night.

Jey beat Bron Breakker to become the new Intercontinental Champion. For the first time in his 14 years of career in the Stamford-based coampny, Jey has held on to a singles gold. He was a bit emotional after winning the title. Many wrestlers and well-wishers have been sending their wishes to the star wrestler since then.

Jackie Redmond took to X and shared a video of a little conversation she had with Jey after his win. Redmond reminded Jey that he won the title on his own might and did not want the help of the Bloodline. She then asked how he would celebrate the win. That's when Jey hinted at him touring a waffle house.

"But in the meantime… A little post championship win adrenaline from your boy Jey Uso!" wrote Jackie on X. Rhea Ripley herself celebrated Jey's win wildly. But there was probably not a better moment when the fans gave a thunderous applause and a loud pop with the chants of "You deserve it," to Jey.

Jey got emotional for it when show went off air. Fans on social media asked Jackie if there was such a segment after show went off-air. She confirmed that there was indeed such a segment which would be posted on the official handle of WWE soon.

"Yes, there was a post match interview in the arena after #wweraw went off the air with new Intercontinental champion, Jey Uso!!!! Should be posted soon," added Jackie on X. If Jey and Rhea indeed have a time together, it could be a massive moment outside of the ringside in a WWE story.
