After being hurt during a promotional event, a lady from Akron, Ohio, sued Hulk Hogan and Real American Beer, putting him in legal hot water. According to the complaint, which was filed on February 10, 2025, on August 19, 2024, Hogan and other unidentified promoters were throwing free beer cans into the crowd at Thirsty Cowboys when one of them struck Michelle Harlukowicz in the head, causing a serious cut that needed ten stitches.
"It's unconscionable to think that you're going to get to go to the bar to see a celebrity and end up being pelted with a can of beer," said Harlukowics's attorney, Eric Tayfel in a statement to Fox 8. The lawsuit claims that the can was thrown by Hogan or another promoter. Because they could not identify the specific thrower, Medina Township Police did not press charges after responding to the event.
Harlukowicz is pursuing damages for mental anguish, pain and suffering, and medical costs. This case might seriously harm Hogan's most recent business endeavor, as he and Real American Beer are currently facing legal action. When the beer can struck Harlukowicz, she was standing close to the rear wall by the dance floor. According to her attorney, she had no opportunity to avoid it and never saw it coming.

WWE and Hulk Hogan's beer brand signed collaboration deal
A "multi-year" collaboration between WWE and Hulk Hogan's beer brand has been unveiled as the company prepares to relocate its main show to Netflix. After co-founding Real American Beer, the 71-year-old Hall of Famer entered the ring in the summer, despite his abstinence from alcohol and a congested brewing business.
Terry Bollea, Hogan's real name, has now inked a contract with WWE to appear on the company's trademark show, Monday Night Raw, which will premiere its first live broadcast on the streaming behemoth Netflix on Monday night.
