Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax to become the new WWE Women's Champion on Smackdown. The Center of the Universe took just the right amount of time to use her privilege. In a way, not many expected her to cash in. Hence it was arguably the greatest in the history of the women's division.
Tiffany Stratton won the Money in the Bank contract in July and has been teasing to cash it on Nia who won the world title at Summerslam after beating Bayley. For many months, Stratton supported Nia and did not attempt to cash in her contract. However, Candice LeRae's entry between them changed the dynamics.
As LeRae got closer to Nia, Tiffy was avoided by the star wrestler. In many instances, Tiffy felt disrespected which sown the seeds for a cash-in. In the last few weeks, there were no signs of Tiffy cashing in her contract, which led to fans thinking that the story might be stretched for a few more weeks.
Tiffany Stratton's impactful cash-in on WWE Smackdown
Before Nia's match against Noami, she found out with LeRae that Stratton was not in the arena. As Candice promised to take care of Bianca Belair, Jax entered the arena without any worries. During the progression of the match, Bianca and Candice engaged themselves in a brawl.
Tiffy saw it as the right moment to enter the scene. She initially tested her cash in and resorted from it, only to help Nia defend her title against Naomi. For a moment, Nia thought Tiffy was not in the arena as a part of the strategy against Naomi and Bianca.
However, Stratton surprised everyone by hitting Nia with the briefcase. As Belair delivered a KOD, Tiffy kicked her out and delivered the Prettiest Moon Sault ever to pin Nia and became the new world champion. The entire sequence was planned and executed well. No other cash-in in the women's division probably had as good an impact as that of Tiffany's.
