Mark Henry reacted to Hulk Hogan getting booed out of the arena during WWE Raw on Netflix. The World's Strongest Man was not surprised by it as he felt Hogan was bound to get booed. He recalled a past incident where the WWE Hall of Famer had denied touring Black colleges and law schools and said Hulk had many such incidents.
Mark started by saying he did not have an issue with Hogan. Henry said even if he had a problem with Hulk, he would have given a second chance for Hulk Hogan to fix himself. Mark said he is someone who tries to fix things between individuals. However, he felt Hogan never fixed things which came back to bite him.
"I never had an issue with him before I heard all of the stuff. But even then, I believe in giving second chances. Anybody who knows me knows I'm a fix-it person. I'm not going to dwell on the negative. I'm not going to talk about the past, we're going forward," said Mark Henry.
'He never wanted to go forward and fix things' - Mark Henry on Hulk Hogan
Henry felt Hogan did not apologize to the fans for his mistakes which led to him getting booed out of the arena during WWE Raw on Netflix. "And he never wanted to go forward and fix it. So that's what happens when you think that everything is going to go away. It's not going to go away," added Henry in the interview.
Mark felt Hulk was entitled to himself and thought that some incidents might not be a dark cloud over his career. He recalled a past incident where Hogan denied going on a tour of Black colleges and law schools. He said such incidents have ensured Hulk is on the negative side.
"[He thinks] it's not going to be this dark cloud over his career. I have not said - I offered to say, ‘Hey, let's do a tour of the black colleges, and law schools, and explain what happened.' He didn't want to do that," Mark Henry concluded.
