The Judgement Day has evolved from being a faction to help the raw talents to be the one reduced merely for the individuals to avenge for what they could not accomplish. The faction was started by Edge with Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley in it. Now it is being disputed with the team of Damian and Rhea going against the team of Finn Balor and Co.
Back in 2022, Edge formed the faction to help emerging talents like Priest and Mami evolve. Little did he know he had to swallow his own pill. Ripley brought Dom into the faction and took out Edge. It started the beginning of a new era in the faction. With the months to come, Finn Balor joined the faction making it further stronger. It would have many members in the months to come.
JD McDonagh was admitted to the faction after he took the bullet for its members on a lot of occasions. After the Survivor Series 2023, R Truth claimed himself to be a member of the faction. It added the much-needed fun element to the faction just like WWE did with the Bloodline with the inclusion of Sami Zayn. It worked well till it lasted.
The fight for the Judgement Day
The Judgement Day took out R Truth to write a new chapter for themselves. After Damian became the world champion, everything changed for the faction. He did not want to defend his title with the help of the likes of Dom, JD, and Finn. It led to the trio thinking Damian saw himself as a leader of the locker room, which they clearly did not want.
The entry of Liv into the story changed everything. They had a purpose to fight for themselves. Eventually, with her help, Dom betrayed Mami and Finn backstabbed Priest. The current Judgement Day is like a throne fought between the two sides. The team of Finn, Dom, JD, Carlito, and Liv is up against the duo of Damian and Mami claiming themselves to be the Judgement Day.
