Five WWE wrestlers who have cheated on their wife/girlfriend

World Wrestling Entertainment has been known to deliver amazing action inside the ring. WWE has established itself as the world’s best wrestling company and is currently the leading pro wrestling company in the world. Despite challenges from WCW in the late 1990’s the company stood firm to become a huge name in this sport. 

Just like any sporting team, WWE too has faced a lot of criticism over the years. Vince McMahon currently finds himself in the middle of a legal battle with Janel Grant. The former WWE Chairman was also part of the steroid trial in the early 1990s. The deaths of Owen Hart and Chris Benoit further brought the company into the public glare. 

Some of the WWE wrestlers have also famously cheated on their wives or girlfriends. Such incidents have caused lots of scandals in the wrestling circuit and fans have also had a field day on the internet wrestling community.

5. Hulk Hogan 

The former WWE legend was one of the biggest names in this sport for over three decades. Hulk Hogan cheated on his wife Linda after he was caught cheating with his best friend's wife. The incident happened after the tape including Bubba the Love Sponge’s wife was seen getting herself involved with Hulk Hogan. Post this, Linda Hogan decided to snap ties with the wrestling legend. 

4. Edge

Edge also known as Adam Copeland found himself in one of the biggest wrestling scandals in 2005. His relationship with WWE Hall of Famer Lita also known as Amy Dumas was one of the biggest controversies. Amy Dumas was dating Matt Hardy but the injury meant that Matt wasn’t part of WWE for a while. This is where Edge and Lita started getting closer to each other. For the record Edge was married at that point. In the end, the wrestler divorced his wife and Lita also broke up with Matt Hardy. 

3. John Cena 

Current acting superstar John Cena was one of the biggest names in WWE from 2005 to 2017 when he was an active wrestler. In 2012, news came out that John Cena had cheated on his wife and it soon became a source of gossip on social media. The Rock also threw shade on it during a live episode of Monday Night Raw when he was feuding with John Cena. In the end, Cena divorced his wife and ended up in a relationship with fellow wrestler Nikki Bella. That relationship also broke in 2019 as Cena married for a 2nd time and is now leading a happy life. 

2. Ric Flair 

Considered one of the best wrestlers of all time, Ric Flair found a huge name and fame in the industry. The 16-time world champion is also known for his flamboyant lifestyle outside the ring with parties and his affair with women. Ric Flair has been married plenty of times and has always been open about his cheating and affairs with women. 

1. Triple H 

Current WWE CCO Triple H was an established wrestler before retiring a few years ago due to health issues. In the early part of his WWE career, he was dating Chyna and it seemed the two stars were about to get married. In 2001, Chyna was released from the WWF and two years later the wrestling legend married Stephanie McMahon the daughter of Vince McMahon. Many wrestlers past and present have used this as a major reason to throw jibes at Triple H.
