Chelsea Green accused Tessa Blanchard of racial abuse and bullying in her tweets. When Tessa returned to TNA in 2024, she stuck by this, while several other wrestlers, like Isla Dawn and Allysin Kay, confirmed something similar. The Inaugural Women's United States Champion claimed that the lack of accountability meant Tessa did not get enough chances in her career.
Tessa Blanchard returned to TNA at Final Resolution and has since faced Jordynne Grace in the world title scene. Fans did not like that Tessa was handed a contract despite many wrestlers' accusations of racism. Chelsea Green in 2020 had posted a tweet to claim that Tessa had racially abused and bullied many female coworkers.
The tweet was a reply to Tessa claiming to support her female coworkers. "You’ve consistently put down, bullied, and belittled countless female coworkers, including me. Is that support?" wrote Green on X. A few months before her TNA return, Blanchard showed up in one of the interviews and spoke about the challenges she faced.
Racial and bullying accusations against Tessa Blanchard
Tessa claimed that she had a mental trauma after not getting enough chances. The WWE Superstar empathized with the same but stuck by the fact that the former TNA World Champion was not accountable for her mistakes and never put an effort to apologize for any of her mistakes.
"I don’t wish self-harm or thoughts of suicide on anyone and hope she has found peace. However, a simple ‘I am sorry’ goes a long way. We haven’t heard that yet. Accountability matters and a redemption tour of interviews won’t erase the actions of an egotistical bully," wrote Green on X.
Chelsea Green is not the only wrestler to have accused Tessa of bullying. Allysin Kay accused her of using a racial slur against a black woman in Japan, Isla Dawn claimed Tessa verbally abused her and even tried to blacklist her from wrestling companies. Blanchard was stripped of the TNA Impact title and her contract was terminated following the bullying accusations in 2020.
