Dave Meltzer felt Andrade's current on-compete situation has led to sympathy from the fans. The Wrestling Observer's popular expert claimed that both WWE and AEW have led him to his bad situation. He did not want to give a prediction on where Andrade will eventually end up working in the upcoming months.

"A funny thing about the Andrade situation and the one-year non-compete is that it's already started to lead to major sympathy toward him, even though he either didn't know he wasn't free or not telling people led to multiple promotions being put in a bad situation," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

"It would be foolish to try and predict when he'll either be allowed to work or the year will end and the next day or three later he'll be on AEW television," Meltzer added in his statement. Andrade was last paired up with Rey Fenix as a tag team. He was a part of the 6-pack ladder match at SummerSlam for the tag team titles.

Given how the entire Non-Compete saga has turned out, Andrade addressed it with a post on X, adding his humorous touch. The star wrestler wrote that he always answers official calls faster than family calls, as if to indicate he's available to receive calls from WWE and AEW.

"I always answer work calls faster than my family calls,  even when I'm on vacation! Enjoy life and take care of your family," Andrade wrote on his humorous post on X. Reports also hinted at WWE wanting him back on the roster at the end of the unbelievable saga.
