Damage Control finds new home after WWE Draft 2024

Damage Control has been drafted to Monday Night Raw for the 2024-25 season. From here on, Iyo Sky, Asuka, Kairi Sane, and Dakota Kai will be seen in the biggest WWE roster up against some of the best Superstars in the women's locker room. In the first round of Raw's picks, Damage CTRL was drafted to Raw which was televised.

The pecking order of the quartet was third after the likes of Imperium and Jade Cargill who were drafted to Raw and Smackdown respectively. Talking about Cargull, she currently has a feud with the members of Damage Control. In WrestleMania XL, the star teamed up Naomi and Bianca Belair to take one Kairi Sane, Asuka, and Dakota Kai in the tag team match.

After winning her maiden WrestleMania match, Jade is presently challenging the Kabuki Warriors for the Undisputed Women's Tag Team Championship. She is in the team Bianca Belair and will face Kairi and Asuka on backlash 2024. The result of it would not matter the draft, as with or without the title, they are likely to stay with (Or without) Damage CTRL on Raw.

What's next for Iyo Sky?

The change of roster for Damage CTRL mainly means something. it is about their face, Iyo Sky, who lost the WWE Women's title to Bayley in WrestleMania XL. Since then, the Japanese wrestler has not been in action. However, in one of the tweets on X, Iyo hinted about going after the Women's World title. It is currently being held by Becky Lynch who won the 14-member battle royal last week.

Sky needs to win either Money in the Bank Contract 2024 like she did last year or win the Queen of the Ring competition to prove herself worthy to face Lynch. It is interesting to see if Damage CTRL can manage to stay together as a team, particularly if the Kabuki Warriors lose their tag team title to Bianca and Jade, which looks inevitable at this point.
