The theme was first used during the Attitude Era and was later revived by WWE in 2003 for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Triple H and Kevin Nash, which featured Mick Foley as the special guest referee. Triple H and Shawn Michaels faced off in the match's main event the following year.

Many suggestions have been presented, according to PWInsider.com, to revive the former PPV moniker. The report states that it will be used in October to honour the anniversary of The Undertaker's first Hell in a Cell match versus Shawn Michaels, which took place in 1997 and featured the Kane character's introduction.

In October, The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their first Hell In A Cell match, which took place on October 5, 1997, at the Badd Blood PPV, by using the championship. For the October PPV, which airs on Peacock, WWE Network, and other platforms, a bout from Hell In A Cell is scheduled.

Take a look at schedule

Furthermore, October 5, 2024, is a Saturday, making it an appropriate day for WWE's proposed themed event, especially given the company's collaboration with Peacock for streaming. The WWE PLE schedule for now is as follows:

WWE Clash at the Castle: OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday, June 15, 2024

WWE Money in the Bank at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Saturday, July 6, 2024

WWE NXT Heatwave at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Sunday, July 7, 2024

WWE SummerSlam at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, OH on Saturday, August 3, 2024

WWE Bash in Berlin, Germany's Mercedes-Benz Arena on Saturday, August 31, 2024

Saturday, November 2, 2024: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia hosts the WWE Crown Jewel.

Allegiant Stadium will host the WWE WrestleMania 41 on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025.

As WWE continues to explore nostalgic themes and capitalize on great events from history, the reintroduction of Bad Blood may serve as a sentimental treat for fans, rekindling memories of heated rivalries and spectacular fights under the punishing framework of Hell in a Cell.
