Four titles are set to be defended on the November 1, 2025, episode of Saturday Night's Main Event, including three major world titles. There has been criticism of SNME from the fans due to the number of ads and a lack of potent matches. WWE has aimed to change its reputation, especially after Goldberg's retirement was ruined, and John Cena's last match is set to take place on December 13 at SNME. By having multiple title changes, WWE will not just be able to further some feuds, but also reclaim the lost credibility.

Undisputed WWE Championship
The Undisputed WWE Championship match came into existence after multiple sequences on SmackDown. A Number One contender match was scheduled on the blue brand between Jacob Fatu and Drew McIntyre, which never took place, as the former was attacked by an undisclosed person.

Cody Rhodes blamed McIntyre for the incident and forced himself into a title match. In the Main Event of the night, the American Nightmare disqualified himself from the match and cost Drew the match tactically. It led to Drew demanding a rematch, which was granted. Hence, the two will go against each other yet again for the title on SNME.
WWE Women's Championship
The WWE Women's Championship match came into existence following Jade Cargill's heel turn. The star wrestler returned to the blue brand as if to save Tiffany Stratton, who was undergoing a beatdown by Giulia and Kiana James after her match with the latter. Jade indeed saved Tiffany from the duo, only to attack her herself.

Following the match, Cargill took to X and claimed that it was long overdue. As Triple H confirmed their match for SNME, the former AEW Superstar claimed she will be the new world champion. With Stratton potentially set to be out of action due to an injury, it makes sense for Cargill to win her first world title in WWE.
World Heavyweight Championship
The World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line during the match between CM Punk and Jey Uso. The title was relinquished by Seth Rollins, who was taken out by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed on WWE Raw after Crown Jewel. Before that, CM Punk had earned a shot at the world title by becoming the Number 1 contender.

His Number 1 contender was decided via a Battle Royal. Jey Uso won it and will be against Punk to claim his title back. As Punk won the No.1 contender match featuring Jey and suffered a cash-in from Seth, he is likely to win the title, unless there is a disqualification due to a potential involvement of the Vision.
