The time has come for the final match of the Grand Slam and the match every tennis fan has been waiting to witness right now. It was final time for the Mens singles event and this is the moment we finally get to see who will be the US Open champion this season. This was also the moment where both the players were also looking for their maiden title in New York as well.

This is one of the most expensive tournaments in a Grand Slam event and the match was set between World number one Jannik Sinner and American number one Taylor Fritz. Both these players have beaten some top players in the tournament and are deserving to get a chance to win the last Grand Slam of the season and achieve glory. Sinner wins second Grand Slam title

There is no doubt we were all impressed with the performances of Taylor Fritz in this tournament who beat three big players to make it to his first Grand Slam final, but this time he was up against the World number one and Sinner made that really clear in the first set itself winning it by a score of 6-3 and taking the lead in the match against the American. The second set saw Fritz give a bit of a fight, but the Italian sensation was ready for it as he goes on to win the second set by a score of 6-4 and was only one set away from his second major title. The third set we saw some competitive tennis from Fritz, but eventually it was Sinner who  emerged victorious and won his second Grand Slam title this season.

This was another great tournament for Sinner who finally won his first ever US Open title and has now has won his second major title as well. This has truly been a season which belongs to the Italian sensation and this tournament was a prime example of that. It is safe to say that Sinner is now the best player in 2024 right now and it will be great to see what is to follow after this US Open win.
