WATCH: Jannik Sinner putting his body on the line to win a point during US Open semi final

The days of the final Grand Slam week are almost coming to an end and we have already seen some great matches this season. The US Open has continued to give us some of the most memorable matches and the current semi final between Jannik Sinner and Jack Draper is one of the semi finals everyone is tuning into in this Grand Slam event.

Jannik Sinner has currently made it to his first US Open finals after beating Jack Draper in straight sets, though the British number one tried his best to get back into the match it turns out Sinner had the batter of him everytime. This was another great performance from the Italian sensation who will now play his first ever US Open final and only one win away getting his second Grand Slam title as well. 

Sinner put everything on the line

The focus and energy of Jannik Sinner has been something top witness this season and there is no doubt that he has his sights on his second career Grand Slam as well. This was evident in the second set of the semi final as well where Sinner was making some great returns and also putting his body on the line while winning this point. Though Sinner did end up hurting his wrist after taking a bit of a fall during the rally, he still got up and gave us one of the best winners of the tournament.

Though the fans will be slightly worried seeing Sinner holding his wrist after winning the point, it was still great to see the level of resilience which is good to see from a young and upcoming star this season. It is clear that the 23-year-old wants to give everything he can to win this title and that is the best attitude to have if you want to win big games. This is the reason why he is one of the best players this season and we all hope he gets his hands on another Grand Slam this season.
