Tennis star Jack Draper seems emotional yet happy after his mother's presence in the ongoing Mutua Madrid Open 2025 tournament. The Brit star has recalled how his mother was disappointed to see his horrendous form in the Monte Carlo Masters 2025 tournament. However, the 23-year-old star was ecstatic after achieving the victory in the Spanish capital, Madrid. He revealed that he was disappointed and heartbroken after he failed to perform in the Monte Carlo Masters in front of his mom in the box stands.

The tennis player further talked about how his mother had made so many efforts to support his career. The ATP stalwart reveals how her mom kept believing in him and pushed him to become a formidable player.

"Amazing! The last few matches, I think she's come towards me, player. I mean, the last one was in Monte Carlo, and I had a shocker. So I didn't want to match her for a while — to play in front of her on this stage. You know, she's made so many sacrifices and been such an amazing support — a mom to me over the years. Jack Draper is just one win away from Madrid Open 2025 title

Jack Draper has made it to the finals of the ongoing Mutua Madrid Open 2025. The British star defeated Lorenzo Musetti with a scoreline of 6-3, 7-6 (4) in the semi-final showdown. The 23-year-old star player is now set to face Casper Ruud in the title clash. Draper reached the finals of the Qatar Open 2025 before faltering against eventual winner Andrey Rublev earlier this year. The tennis stalwart then wins Indian Wells 2025 after defeating Holger Rune.
