Carlos Alcaraz beats Daniil Medvedev in 4-set match to reach his second consecutive Wimbledon final. A great day for the Spaniard as he moves closer to a Channel Slam.

The time has come for the Men's semi finals and this is the the moment where we see who will be the potential finalists who will be one win away from being in the champions of Wimbledon 2024. There are a lot of big players featuring in this tournament and all the fans will be rooting for their favorite players going forward. This will be the moment for the players to finally get closer to Grand Slam glory.

The first semi final was between Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev who are currently one of the top ranked and higher seeded players in this tournament. While Alcaraz is the defending champion, Medvedev is still looking for his Grand Slam glory which has eluded him since 2021. There have also been some great battles between these two and we all were looking forward to seeing them compete once again.

Alcaraz keeps title defense alive

There is no doubt that Carlos Alcaraz is one of the clear favorites to win the tournament being the defending champion and also winning the Roland Garros as well. However he was given a bit of a surprise in the first set by Daniil Medvedev as he loses the first set tiebreaker. This did not affect the World number 3 that much as he went onto win the next two sets with scores of 6-3 and 6-4. This means that Alcaraz was just one set away from making it to the finals and did it convincingly by winning the 4th set and making it to the Wimbledon finals once again.

This will be the second consecutive Wimbledon final for Carlos Alcaraz and he will be looking forward to defend it on the 14th as well. This has been another great Grand Slam tournament for him and all his fans will be hoping that he makes it a repeat and also achieve his first ever Channel slam. He will play either one of his biggest rivals Novak Djokovic or the Italian surprise package Lorenzo Musetti which will be two great finale's to look out for on the day.
