Tennis is one of the most exhausting sports that is being played. Men and Women give their best to claim every point to win the game and eventually the match. The ultimate goal for any player is to win the Grand Slam title and script their name in history.

In the last few years, the levels of Tennis have evolved and provided many new faces. This doesn’t change the fact the sport has seen absolutely gigantic names take to the court and cast a spell on the fans. 

Let us look at the top ten international men’s best players of all time:

10. Kenneth Rosewall – Australia

In the early days of Tennis, the name Kenneth Rosewall was loved and admired in the circuit. Rosewall won 8 Grand Slam title with 4 Championships coming in front of his home crowd in Australia. With two French Open and US Open titles, Ken Rosewall wrote his name as the best men’s tennis player of all time. The only title that eluded him was the Wimbledon where he was runners-up on 4 occasions.

At the time when the USA was dominating Tennis, the name Jimmy Connors stood out. The southpaw almost had the world and his opponents in a tizzy with his amazing serve. His powerful back-handed shots down the line were second to none. Out of the 8 Grand Slam titles Connors won, 5 of them were the US Open. His other title wins were in Wimbledon twice and the Australian Open once. Jimmy Connors also won the doubles title early in his career at Wimbledon and US Open.

The former world number 1 had laid claim to 2 Australian Open titles as well as winning the French Open and US Open thrice. 

7. Bjorn Borg – Sweden

An absolute rockstar of Tennis, Bjorn Borg has 11 Grand Slam titles to his name. It was said that once Bjorn Borg won a grand slam it was difficult to snatch it from him. Borg won his first two French Open titles in 1974 and 1975. This was followed by title reigns from 1978 to 1981. His Wimbledon numbers are even more impressive as he had five successive title wins from 1976 to 1980.
