ATP Finals (Source- Khel Now)
The groups of the ATP Finals in Turin have been decided and it is set to be another great tournament featuring the best players in the World in the 2024 season. Let us see who would be the clear favorites of the two groups keeping their performances and abilities in mind.
The last tournament of the ATP season will take place on the 10th of November which will feature some of the top players this season. The groups have already been created and Jannik Sinner, Daniil Medvedev, Taylor Fritz, and Alex de Minaur are in the Nastase group, while Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, and Andrey Rublev make the John Newcombe group. Both these groups are looking strong and there is an opportunity for all of them to make it through to the playoffs and win the tournament.

Who will be the favourites?
There is no doubt about how exciting the players in both groups are. The Nasatase Group has World number 1 Jannik Sinner as the massive favourite, who has been having a more consistent season than the rest. There might be a close second contest as Sinner would play against Medvedev, who has given him some great battles. Though de Minaur and Taylor Fritz have impressed us, their chances look tough as they have still not found the same consistency Sinner and Medvedev have found in 2024.
The John Newcombe group, on the other hand, looks even more interesting with Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud having had a great season and can give each other a run for their money. Rublev has also surprised us in some tournaments as well.
However, looking at the performances, it might be Zverev and Alcaraz who will be the favourites to qualify. Overall the four possible semi-finalists in terms of consistency and performances this season will be Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, and Alexander Zverev. These matchups will be something to look out for as well.
