'Tennis is still very much my focus...'- Novak Djokovic reveals his plans for upcoming season

24-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic made a clear statement on his return in the 2025 ATP season and will be focused on the Australian Open. The Serbian Legend seems to be really focused and is hoping to get back to his best and have another great season going forward.

The 24-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic has had a slightly underwhelming season in 2024 and was last seen in the Shanghai Masters. The Serbian legend has withdrawn from the Paris Masters and ATP Finals marking the end of his season without an ATP title and only an Olympic Gold Medal to his name. However, we are still looking forward to seeing him return in 2025 and get back to winning titles like has done throughout his career.

Novak Djokovic reveals his plans

Recently Novak has not been active on the court and has been making appearances in different sporting events. However, Djokovic has recently revealed his plans for the upcoming season through a statement saying, "Tennis is still very much my focus, I just needed to recharge and refresh a bit after an exhausting year but I'm going full throttle in the off-season! I will play in the first week of the new season and then of course play the Australian Open."

Through this statement, it is clear that Djokovic will be making a return next season and is focused on what his plans are going to be. The 37-year-old legend will be seen in the Australian Open and we all will want him to finally win his 25th Grand Slam title which will make him the player with the most Grand Slam titles equalling his record with Margaret Court. It is great to see that even though he is in the last phase of his career he still has the drive and determination to play and win titles in the future and be the best to ever grace the court.
