The main draw of the clay season finale will begin tomorrow. The Roland Garros is once again set to be the tournament where the top players will be featuring and competing for grand slam glory. There are a lot of players in the mix who are favourites to win the major tournament and achieve big things in the future.

Though there are a lot of great players in the tournament, it will still be the King of Clay who will be the big attraction of the tournament. Even though this is one of the rare seasons where we will see the great Rafael Nadal play as an unseeded player, there will still be a lot of fans who will be happy to see him perform this season and continue ruling the tournament where he has won 14 titles and only 3 losses in his entire career.

Nadal's French Open farewell

The other thing that the people will also know going into this tournament is that this will also be the last time we see Rafael Nadal in this major tournament. It has been 19 years of brilliance and dominance in what is one of the toughest grand slam tournaments in the world. We all will be looking forward to seeing Nadal play in his final tournament in Paris. The King of Clay will start his journey playing against one of the top-ranked players in the world Alexander Zverev in the first round. Looking at this it looks tough for Nadal even looking at his form to get through this tough draw.

It might not be that simple for him to start his search for his 15th French Open title, but it will still be a tournament where we will still get to see the King of Clay. Nadal has also given some inspirational words to motivate him for the season saying, "I'm going to play the tournament thinking that I can give my all, 100 per cent, And if 100 per cent is not enough to win a match, I'll accept that. But I don't want to step onto court knowing that I have no chance. If there's a 0.01 per cent chance, I want to explore that and give it a go." This shows that we can still expect one more iconic performance from the great Spaniard.
