Rafael Nadal has announced the opening of a new Rafael Nadal Academy in Albania. Strategically located in the city of Durres, 30 kilometres from the capital Tirana.

Tennis star Rafael Nadal stated that there will soon be a Rafael Nadal Academy in Albania. This sports centre will be strategically situated near the new Manchester City soccer centre in the city of Durres, 30 km from the capital Tirana. The idea was announced by the Albanian prime minister, Edi Rama, who complimented Nadal lavishly.

Amazingly, the history of tennis in Albania is not well known. This new Rafa Nadal centre promises the Balkan nation a never-before-seen chance by giving kids and teenagers an opportunity to start playing the sport. In addition to providing tennis instruction, the centre will emphasise other sports, youth education, and the development of moral principles like hard work, devotion, and respect.

In addition, young people receive an integrated education through the integration of human values and life skills-focused educational programmes.

"There are many champions and great professionals in the world of sports, but there are not many champions of life and human values like Rafa," Rama commented. "From a distance, I have always had the impression that Rafa was a great man, but now I feel even more admiration for his modesty and his way of being. I believe that the value of this center will not only lie in learning to play tennis or other sports, but also in helping children and young people understand how important it is to be both a good professional and a good person."
