Tennis sensation Jannik Sinner's ex-girlfriend Maria Braccini recently sparked a rumour about whether she and the Italian star have patched up. Notably, the power couple were seen dating in 2020 and maintained their private relationship. Thereafter, the Italian star penned down a loveable birthday wish for the model.
However, the duo has never confirmed that they have been in a relationship and when it ended, but Braccini had written an emotional message thanking her fans for their support after Jannik Sinner was spotted dating Anna Kalinskaya at the US Open 2024.
Surprisingly, Sinner's recent post on Instagram has generated a lot of buzz among the fans since she was seen spending her time in Rome, and at the same time, Sinner was making his appearance at the Italian Open 2025 in Rome.
The tennis world was very quick to know that she was back with the world number one and travelled with him to cheer him on. However, Braccini cleared the rumours by answering one of her fans and stated that she hasn't reunited with Jannik Sinner after their breakup.
"No. No return, no boyfriend! Please… ," she commented (translated from Italian).
Jannik Sinner on his fellow ATP stars' behaviour during his doping ban
Jannik Sinner stated that he had spoken to very few people during his suspension ban and used those three months in a correct manner. While he was surprised to receive texts from his fellow ATP players, he said that he was snubbed by the players and his teammates, whom he had expected during his hard time. Sinner revealed that he had spoken to star player Jack Draper, as he is really a great friend of his. He also stated that he also had conversations with Lorenzo Sonego.
"I haven't spoken to almost anyone. I've spoken to Draper; we're great friends and he came to train with me, then with Sonego. At the beginning of the suspension I received some surprising messages from certain players, while from others from whom I perhaps expected something, nothing arrived,” Sinner said in his pre-tournament press conference.
