Joao Fonseca shared old photos of meeting Rafael Nadal
He was pictured in one of the photos sitting on a couch next to Michelsen, Mensik, and Fonseca, chatting amiably with them. Additionally, the images showed Fonseca and Nadal engaged in conversation. Earlier, Fonseca had posted two images of himself with Nadal on Instagram. One was a throwback to when Rafael Nadal spent three days in Jeddah, where a 4-year-old Joao Fonseca had taken a photograph with him. He compared it to an image from their recent encounter. He captioned the story with "14 years later," expressing his joy at meeting the tennis icon. Fonseca now hopes to stay motivated and deliver incredible tennis as he prepares for the semi-finals.
