Young tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz added his name to the list of future superstars with his second success at Wimbledon. Having previously won the US Open and the French Open, the Spaniard upset legend Novak Djokovic for the second time in a row at SW19 to clinch his fourth Grand Slam title.

At age 21, Alcaraz has climbed into the top 10 highest-earning men's singles players. The youngster has reportedly banked more than £26 million in prize money in his career so far. Meanwhile, like all sports superstars, one thing that gets the limelight along with their on-field achievements is their personal relationships.

It was the same with Alcaraz, whose private life came into the spotlight. Shortly after his second Wimbledon win on July 14, he was asked about his relationship with fellow tennis player Emma Raducanu. The British star was in the stands on Centre Court to watch Alcaraz’s straight-sets win over Djokovic.   

"I don’t know, I don’t know. I think a lot of people came to see the final. I think Novak and I always put on a good game, a show on the court,” Alcaraz said when asked for his thoughts on Raducanu attending the finals.

"I think it is a beautiful game to watch. And she is from here, so I imagine that she wanted to come and see it. I don’t know if she came to the finals or if she came to see me. Who knows? You have to ask her, but I hope she enjoyed the final,” he added.

Which female tennis player has Alcaraz previously dated?

Ahead of this year's Wimbledon, Alcaraz confirmed that she was not in a relationship and was looking for someone. Meanwhile, the young gun was previously in a relationship with another female tennis player. He reportedly dated Maria Gonzalez Gimenez, who represents Murcia Tennis Club. She has also participated in the Spanish Masters and ATP Challenger tournaments.  

It is unclear how long the two were in a relationship. According to Tennis Tonic, the Grand Slam champion had earlier posted a picture on Instagram sharing an intimate moment with Maria. Alcaraz was also previously rumoured to be dating Spanish singer Ana Mena. They reportedly dated for around two months in 2022.
