In February, Ricky Saints previously known as Ricky Starks, who made his WWE NXT debut. His only wrestling matches since then have been tag team matches, but tonight was different. Ricky Starks made his NXT debut as a singles competitor against Ridge Holland. They engaged in back-and-forth combat as he fought Ridge Holland.
Ricky Saints came back with a back elbow and shoulder tackle. Ridge gave Saints a backbreaker after tripping him off the top rope. Ridge resumed his strategic offensive. Before the break, Ridge threw Ricky to ringside with a vertical suplex. The Saints get going and throw a few blows. Ricky Saints hits a gorgeous dropkick after escaping a smash. Holland pretends to be hurt and gets a cheap hit in the pandemonium. Over Saints, Holland works. Holland interrupts Ricky Saints attempt to fire up and hits a modified backbreaker.

Ricky Saints signed WWE NXT contract
Saints made his debut in the audience on the February 11th broadcast of WWE NXT. The next week, he signed his contract, and on the February 25th broadcast of NXT, he made his debut. There, Ricky Saints defeated Wes Lee and Ethan Page with the help of Je'Von Evans. In his debut bout, Saints showed off his complete range of in-ring skills, defeating both of his opponents while the crowd cheered him on. The crowd couldn't wait to watch the former AEW star perform on a larger platform.
