The Indian Wrestling contingent at the Paris Olympics 2024 features six athletes. Only one male wrestler has managed to qualify, and five female wrestlers have qualified for the event. Two of them are seeded and four others are not seeded based on their skills and quality. The Indian wrestlers will be in action from the 5th to the 11th of August.

Aman Sehrawat is the only male wrestler to qualify from India. He will be participating in the 57 kg weight category as the sixth-seeded star. His draw is difficult considering the class of the opponents. Aman will be up against the world champion Stevan Micic and Meirambek Kartbay of Kazakhstan. The other seeded player is Antim Panghal.

She is in the 53 kg category among the women seeded as the fourth-ranked player. Her challenge includes the likes of Lucia Guzman of Ecuador, the first-seeded player. Additionally, she will face the fifth-seeded Maria Prevolarki and the eighth-seeded Andreea Ana. The Wrestling events are set to take place from the 5th to the 11th of August.

Can Wrestling's streak for India at the Olympics continue?

All the events will take place at Champ-de-Mars Arena a temporary venue created for the sake of the Paris Olympics.
