FC Barcelona faced off against Paris Saint-Germain in the 2nd leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. The Blaugranes started the way actually wanted after soaking in all the pressure they countered with Lamine Yamal delivering another assist to Raphinha who broke the deadlock in the 12th minute of the game. Barca centre back Ronald Araujo was awarded a controversial red card after he fouled Bradley Barcola outside the box. Soon PSG took the advantage of 10 men side and scored the equaliser with Ousmane Dembele silencing the home crowd. Vitinha scored in the 2nd half to give them the lead. Dembele earned a penalty which was converted well by Mbappe and the latter sealing the game making it 4-1 in the dying minutes of the game.

FC Barcelona 

Marc Andre Ter Stegen- 5

The German goalkeeper had a decent game as he conceded four goals which he could not have done much about it. 

Jules Kounde-5 

Kounde was good in the first half but he could not continue his momentum as he struggled against Barcola. 

Ronald Araujo- 3

Araujo was the best man in defence till he was there in the pitch marking Kylian Mbappe well. But conceded a red card while he took down Barcola outside the box. 

Pau Cubarsi-7

Cubarsi was brilliant in the central defence as the 17-year-old was rock solid marking Mbappe and the blocking the shots as well, arguably the best performer for the home side.

João Cancelo- 4

Cancelo was off on the night as he was caught out twice by the same player, as Dembele scored one coming from his behind and gave away a penalty as well while tackling him. 

Pedri-4.5

The Spanish midfielder was off colour throught the game he was in the pitch. As he is not fully fit to play a 90 minutes game as he was coming back from an injury. 

Frenkie De Jong-5

De Jong could not play his role in the middle of the park had to play lot more defensive after Barca were a man down and did not have the impact in the middle of the park.

İlkay Gundogan-6

The German midfielder was composed and used his experience to get control in the midfield. He tried some good runs inside the box but failed to deliver the final product.

Lamine Yamal-5 

Yamal who looked brilliant in the pitch as he made those runs down the wing, and delivered the assist for the first goal as well. But was forced off the pitch due to Araujo's red card. 

Robert Lewandowski-5.5 

Lewandowski dropped deep and tried the ball to roll in the midfield and took one shot which was saved by PSG keeper. But was far too slow in his approach during Vitinha's goal.

Raphinha-6 

The Brazilian winger had a good game in the first half and giving Barca the lead as well, but was off in the second 45 minutes.

The Italian shot-stopper did not perform well after allowing the opening goal. He did need to make two vital saves.

Achraf Hakimi-6

He had done well in the defence but could not offer the strength in the attack and was always busy dealing with Raphinha in the first half. 

Marquinhos-6.5

His high-level experience, could not help him as he appeared struggling with the ball.  He made some good blocks to hang onto their lead in the dying moments. 

Lucas Hernandez-6.5

Kept Lewandowski quiet for the whole of the game as he was brilliant in the central area partnering with Marquinhos. 

Nuno Mendes-5

Mendes struggled with Yamal's 1v1 runs until the teenager was subbed off. He gave very little from an attacking perspective. 

Warren Zaire-Emery-5.5

Struggled to mark Gundogan while keeping things basic and compact where necessary.

Fabian Ruiz-7.5

Controlled in the midfield after Barca became 10 men and dominated the middle of the park. Took some shots from outside the box as well. 

Vitinha-8 

Vitinha appeared composed and content to receive the ball in tight situations in order to perform his magic. He controlled the middle of the park for the whole game. 

Ousmane Dembele-9

He scored a beautifully executed goal in the first half to give his team a much-needed boost and earned a penalty in the second half as welll.

Kylian Mbappe-7

The French forward had not have much to offer until he scored from the penalty of the night and scoring late making it 4-1. 

Bradley Barcola-7.5

Barcola was brilliant from the start of the game as the winger delivered some good balls inside the box and from which Ousmane Dembele equalised in the game.
