Pop sensation Shakira will perform during the Copa America 2024 final, which is scheduled for July 14 in Miami, Florida's Hard Rock Stadium. There are just four teams left in the competition: Argentina, Canada, Colombia, and Uruguay. On Tuesday, the reigning champion La Albiceleste will play Canada, and on Wednesday, Marcelo Bielsa's team will play Colombia.

Alejandro Domínguez, the president of CONMEBOL spoke about this massive announcement. He said, “Shakira is an extraordinary South American star who has dazzled the entire world. Her songs are sung and danced to in every corner of the planet.”

He added, “She turns her art into a global phenomenon that crosses borders and is enjoyed by millions of people. We are confident that her performance on the stage of the CONMEBOL Copa América USA 2024™️ will reinforce the message of healthy passion and unity through sport.”

How will Argentina line-up ahead of their game against Canada later tonight?

Argentina and Canada, the newcomers, will play in the upcoming Copa America 2024 semifinal on Tuesday in East Rutherford, New Jersey's MetLife Stadium. Despite recovering from an injury, captain Lionel Messi participated in the quarterfinal match against Ecuador and is anticipated to play in the match against Canada, according to head manager Lionel Scaloni.

Regarding injuries or bans, every player for Argentina is available. Tajon Buchanan, a midfielder for the Canadian team, will also miss the game since he had surgery to fix a broken tibia after the conclusion of the group stage contests.
