Napoli agree deal to sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea

Romelu Lukaku of Chelsea is the target of a new offer from Napoli worth more than €30 million. In an effort to get Lukaku back to Serie A, Napoli has put out a fresh bid for him, according to Gianluca Di Marzio. With bonuses and add-ons, the new proposal is valued at €30 million (£25 million). 

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the two teams have reached a deal, and Lukaku is going to sign a three-year contract. Antonio Conte, the manager of Napoli, is reportedly eager to work alongside the Belgium international again after their time at Inter.

Although this offer is better than the previous ones, it is rumored to have long payment terms because Napoli is still unsure about Victor Osimhen's future. The Nigerian international has been strongly linked to leaving the team this summer, but no concrete plans have been made despite rumours that Chelsea and Arsenal both are keen. Lukaku has played on loan in Italy for Inter and Roma throughout the past two seasons. With 70 goals in 129 games, he has an incredible scoring record in the Italian league.

Enzo Maresca has stated that certain footballers will not be evaluated for selection despite Chelsea's large roster.

Napoli set to sign Lukaku and allow Victor Osimhen to leave

 The Italian team had already made an official offer on Monday, and today their representatives are in London to negotiate with Chelsea representatives. Their bid is being discussed along with other terms and conditions, even if it hasn't been accepted yet. Napoli and the Blues appear to be getting closer to a deal. 

Lukaku will thus be hoping to finalize his departure from the team as soon as possible. Conte no longer wants to engage in the game of waiting. He is looking for extra firepower, and Napoli has made the decision to act accordingly. Once the signing of Lukaku is finalized, they will concentrate on getting Osimhen a new club.
